Payments

We’re committed to protecting your personal information. All transactions are strictly protected with Shopify PSP, Sage Pay, SSL certified secure payment system.

We use Shopify Payments as our primary payment method for credit cards.

Shopify Payments is Shopify’s built-in payment processing system. It allows merchants to securely accept payments directly through their Shopify store without integrating any third-party payment processor.

1. Check Payment Details: Double-check the payment details you entered, including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. Ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.

2. Sufficient Funds: Make sure that the payment method you used has sufficient funds or credit available to cover the payment amount. Insufficient funds can cause a payment to fail.

3. Contact Payment Provider: If you are using a specific payment provider or service concrete floor grinder, such as a credit card company or online payment platform, reach out to their customer support. They can help troubleshoot the issue and provide information on why the payment failed.

4. Update Payment Method: If your payment method has expired, been canceled, or is no longer valid, update it with a new payment method that is active and has sufficient funds. Follow the instructions provided by the payment provider to update your payment information.

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

We accept credit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm Financing(Rates as Low as 0% APR).

  YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on ALL our products!For complete Pilates equipment, we offer curbside delivery.

  Standard delivery for Pilates equipment is curbside.

  Update on May 12, 2023:
To improve the delivery experience, we re-signed new truck companies. We are responsible for putting Pilates equipment on the curb.

  Curbside delivery means your package will be dropped off at the curb. You will most likely need additional assistance to get the package inside your residence.  

  Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

  Not yet, you need to complete the installation yourself.

  If you need to change the new delivery address, please contact us at support@cunruope.com as soon as possible so that our customer service team can determine if your order can be changed.

  If your Pilates needs to change delivery addresses in transit, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

  All of our Pilates equipment is handmade.Please keep in mind that once your order has started, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@cunruope.com as soon as possible so that our customer service team can determine if your order can be cancelled.

  Please be informed that a management, processing,round trip cost and transaction fee will be applied for the cancellation.

  If you notice any damage at the time of delivery (even something minor), please notate “Damaged” next to your signature when accepting the package.Then tell us by email, we will solve it in time.
