There is not a single thing I can complain about either in this piece of equipment, or in the support from the manufacturer. They are both awesome. My entire studio is outfitted in Cunruope reformer/towers, 2 stability chairs and 1 cadillac. Couldn't be happier as a customer!

What a great piece of classical equipment at a fantastic price! This piece is regularly used by students in my studio and I have been very happy with the quality of the equipment and how well it holds up to pretty heavy use. I teach 22 classes a week.

Amazing.Very sturdy equipment. I purchased a Reformer very cautiously from a lesser-known company. I almost got cold feet and canceled it before it shipped, but overall, I'm happy I went through with the purchase.

I ordered this reformer to complete my gym, I already have the Wunda Chair. We were on a limited budget and could not afford to buy reformers from Merrithew or Balanced Body. We looked at many other reformers online, selected three, and made phone calls. After many phone calls, we finally chose cunruope. Because they addressed all our concerns. (We took a risk, I had not heard of them..)

Delivery: We received a call from the truck driver two days in advance to schedule a specific delivery time. This was very useful for planning my schedule without having to worry about the equipment suddenly showing up at my doorstep. Truck drivers were SO kind ... they unloaded from the truck (no damage to the shipping box at all) and even helped wheel it into the workout room (separate outbuilding near the driveway).

Quality and Stability: This reformer is very sturdy. The carriage is well padded and slides very smoothly. The rails are aluminum and very sturdy. The tower is also made of aluminum. It is easy to fix the tower, just tighten the screws and it will not shake. There is a scale printed on one side, so you can position it at will, which is a very convenient feature. I expect many years of use of this product.

Size: The width of the carriage is 27.5", which is wider than any other carriage I've seen. This is a good thing for me, as my husband is larger and needs a wider carriage. Leg height is 14", which is what I expected. If you need a taller leg, they said they can customize it.

Assembly: This reformer was a breeze to assemble. Maybe took me half an hour, with some intermittent help from my husband. It will definitely be easier if someone can give you a hand to hold things, but definitely could be done alone.

Overall, I give this reformer a 5/5 rating. It's a great option if you're on a budget and need great quality and cost-effective equipment.

Very well-made love how it functions. Downside is how long it took to get the unit and once received there were no manuals or instructions. I have requested on several occasions and still have not received.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The reformer arrived sooner than expected.
This Reformer is literally a game-changer. Everything you need is included, foot platform, Box, jump board, roll-up poles, six springs, etc. The same accessories list is described on the website.
It arrived in a huge wooden box and I had to pry open the buttons around the sides to open the box. The box was sturdy, which was probably an effective way to protect the device.
Assembly was relatively easy for me. Some parts come pre-assembled, and the rest can be easily completed by following the installation video. It took me about 20 minutes to install the bar, ropes, pulleys, etc., but even if you aren't handy you could still figure it out and only need a wrench and a screwdriver.
The reformer itself is beautiful!! I haven't used all the extras that were included yet ... but I love the smoothness of the gliding and the ease of changing springs.
The machine feels solid/sturdy. Thankfully I don't move it around but it is heavy (to me) so I'm glad it stays solidly in place. I told my husband it's like I traded in a hamburger for steak as far as the quality.

I noticed cunruope from a post on reddit last year. We have been in touch many times since then, but I didn't decide to buy it until now.
The wooden box is large and heavy. I removed the crate top and one side. My friend and I lifted the Reformer and placed it on the carpet. The machine was packed well. The instructions video were pretty clear and were able to be followed step by step. I assembled this myself without difficulty.
It's longer than any reformer I've seen, which was one of the reasons I bought it. My 6’4” husband could also use it (And one that I could also afford. This one is a great value for your money!!) I am 5’7”, so it fits well for us and we both use it comfortably.
I absolutely love everything about this Reformer. It’s solid and very well constructed. The pulley system and carriage are very smooth in movement and provide several levels of resistance. The reformer also sits high enough off the floor to get on and off it easily. Just the beauty of the solid maple and upholstery alone are beautiful to look at.
Overall it’s sturdy and decent quality for the price.

Let me start by saying this reformer package is a great price for everything you get. The reformer package includes all the accessories I need.

Second, it is constructed of high-quality aluminum and steel. The frame looks like very heavy gauge aircraft aluminum. The pad was well made with a synthetic leather cover over a very firm pad. The same quality held true for the other components.

Third, It showed up in one Wooden box that was clean dry, and completely intact. It assembles fairly easily, and all the parts/pieces are straightforward. There are a few things to put together, but I do a lot of home improvement so the assembly wasn't particularly complicated from my perspective. Even a novice can easily complete it by following the instructions.

Last point, awesome customer service. Very professional. Communicated everything clearly. Responded quickly. Resolved my ordering questions.

All in all, I don't think this package can be beaten by anything in the same price range. It looks great, feels solid, and can fully meet the needs of practicing Pilates at home.

The quality of the equipment rivals the high-end equipment at the pilates studio I go to! It's comfortable, VERY smooth, quiet, and a beautiful, sturdy construction! I LOVE the 3-tier spring system which adds triple the resistance range to my workouts!
What makes this extremely beneficial for me is my pocket book. I was paying $55.00 per session at the fitness center. This machine will pay for itself in less than 6 months for me. Would recommend it.

This arrived in perfect condition. Very well packaged. My husband watched the online video on assembly before opening the package. It took him 40 minutes to complete the installation. He had no issues, all parts were accounted for and assembled easily.

BUILD QUALITY - 9.5/10
Solid frames, you could really tell that it's high quality. The tower is also very sturdy and can easily handle my 195lb frame holding onto the bars and flipping myself over thinking I'm ready for some advanced acrobatic routines. Everything works perfectly. It is very quiet and smooth.

SPRING QUALITY - 9.0/10
Their springs feel great to me. My trainer told me that the initial tension of the spring is very important. I always feel the initial tension when beginning a movement. Equipped spring feels smooth during movement, and quiet, giving the feel of circular motion.

VERSATILITY - 9.0/10
Converting the Reformer into a Trap Table is easy and quick, and I love the versatility of having both pieces of equipment while only taking up the space of one. It is perfect for my home studio!

I wish there were videos for the equipment! Machine is top quality and was easy to assemble, but no instructions?

The chair looks beautiful once I figured out how to put it together. It arrived with no instructions and when I requested a video or some kind of instructions, I was sent the sales video which was no help! The chair was sent with 2 springs. The black springs are so tight I can’t get them on the chair. I contacted support and was told the right springs were sent. That was a totally unhelpful response. So I ended up ordering springs from Balanced Body!!

I am beyond impressed with the way Cunruope handled the shipment delays with my reformer. They were always receptive to my concerns & quick to respond. When the reformer finally arrived, the quality of it surprised me. Nice wood finish, very sturdy piece of equipment! I would definitely recommend this product. fantastic, works perfectly, customer service was great!!!! not quick to assemble but definitely easy - i did it myself. definitely recommend having someone to assist when it’s delivered, as you are moving a giant piece of furniture - if possible, i recommend opening the crate where it’s delivered and carrying in the pieces rather than trying to move the entire crate. this is a full size reformer and if you think you should be able to move the crate by yourself, you may not be aware of what you’re purchasing.

So perfect!! The quality is just amazing. Super happy with the service and everything.
