Love my new Pilates machine! I was skeptical to spend so much online with a company I had not previously heard of, but I’m glad I gave them a chance. They were very good with communication- super easy to reach through text and email- very quick to respond and friendly. I am more than happy with my purchase and the delivery. The delivery person brought it to where I needed it because he was kind and empathetic that I’m a woman and can’t move it myself, however keep in mind they are not really supposed to, so plan to get some help to get it into your house or garage for the delivery. However, I got lucky and the whole thing went so smoothly!! I 100% recommend this company for buying your Pilates equipment and anything else they might be selling. The Cadillac reformer is strong and sturdy and looks good/high quality. Also very easy to assemble.
