Just a heads-up: the frame is heavy, but that also means it’s really sturdy. My husband and I were able to carry it down to our basement, though we definitely broke a sweat doing it. If you can, I’d recommend getting a few friends to help move it. The other pieces are also sturdy but much easier to move with just two people.

I was a little skeptical about ordering a reformer without trying it out first. My studio uses Balanced Body reformers with a wall springboard, and I wanted something just as good but for half the price (haha, impossible, right?).
Cunruope totally exceeded my expectations! The customer service before delivery was amazing—they kept me updated the whole way. When the Cadillac arrived, the packaging and delivery were top-notch. It came in a huge wooden crate, and everything was in perfect condition when I unpacked it. My husband and I were able to carry the Cadillac bed (about 200 pounds) and all the parts upstairs no problem.
As for assembly, it wasn’t complicated at all. The customer service even provided a YouTube video, and we had it all set up in about an hour.

I’ve used a Body Balance Studio reformer before, and I’d say the quality is super close, with just a few small differences. The ropes are a bit thinner compared to the Balanced Body reformer, but honestly, it didn’t affect my workout at all—just something I noticed. The padding on the carriage is thinner than the BB, but for me, it’s actually more stable when standing on the carriage for exercises, so no complaints there.
The wood is gorgeous clear maple, and it’s really solid. I love that this package came with the jump board, one grippy and one cushioned platform extender, and the big box—all extras with most high-end reformers like Balanced Body. The straps are padded with a soft, velvety material, which is a nice touch. I also appreciate the different spring adjustment levels as I continue to progress in my training.
Overall, I feel like I got a top-quality reformer for thousands less than the Balanced Body Studio. I was a little unsure about buying from a newer company, but I’m really glad I did!
